OBIZ Travel and Tours´ products and services are available to
the general public at regular prices. Club Members and Travel Club
Members, who affiliate on yearly basis, receive special deals and
discounts as well as other benefits and bonuses.

activities and events, so that participants have the opportunity to

hotel accommodations, city tours, and other services and does NOT
assume any responsibility for personal losses, itinerary delays or
transportation breakdowns, damages and body injuries; acts of war,
acts of terrorism, civil riots, or for any circumstances out of its control.
All independent Vendors and Sale
Agents are responsible for giving the correct information to their
clients. OBIZ MARKETING, CORP. DBA: OBIZ Travel and Tours is NOT
responsible for any errors or omissions on the part of any of the
Independent Vendors, or Sale Agents. Clients are welcome to
call our offices for any additional information that may be required.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents (Passports,
visas, etc.) are required when traveling outside the United States.
Passengers are responsible for getting any visas that may be required.
BAGGAGE:
Only two bags per person (Not to
exceed 70 pounds each) are allowed. Boxes and other items are not
considered baggage and will not be transported, unless previous
arrangements are made.
RESERVATIONS:
All the tours, services and
activities require advance reservations. Reservations must be made as
far in advance as possible, and can be made through the Independent
Sale Agents, or by calling our offices directly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT
RESERVATION: All tours/services are subject to availability.
Advanced reservations are required. Reservations can be made through
the Independent Sale Agents, through www.obiztravel.com, by fax at:
407-386-7340, or by calling our offices directly. When calling to
reserve a tour/service make sure to ask for your confirmation number.
If you don't get a confirmation number, your tour is NOT yet
confirmed. Seats are sold on "first come, first served"
basis. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: All our tours/services require
a minimum of ten (10) participants. If the minimum number is not met,
the tour/service will be postponed or canceled. VEHICLES: The size of
the vehicle is determined according to the number of participants.
ADMISSIONS: Admissions where required are NOT included in the price
of the tour/service, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
CONDITIONS: We reserve the right to alter, change and/or to cancel
tours and services; and to make changes and substitutions on tour
itineraries, routes, attractions, stops, landmarks, etc., without any
prior notice. CANCELLATIONS: Thirty (30) days or less of
departure will result in forfeiture of all deposits. Within the last
seven (7) days of departure will be charged the full payment amount.
No refunds for no-shows. No refunds for services partially used or
not used at all. No refunds will be made on the purchase of airline
tickets, hotel accommodations, and tickets for special events. TIPS:
Tips are customary and are NOT included in the price of the
tour/service. PUNCTUALITY: Passengers must be at the pick up points

TIPS:
Tips are not included in the
price of the tour/service or activity. It is customary to tip
drivers, tour guides, restaurant waiters-waitresses and service providers.
PUNCTUALITY:
Passengers must be at the pick
up points at least 15 minutes prior to the given pick up time.
Eventual delays on pick-ups may be due to weather conditions, traffic
congestion, or other circumstances out of our control.
MINIMUM NUMBER OF
PARTICIPANTS TO OPERATE:
In order to operate, all of our
tours, services and activities require a minimum of ten (10)
participants. If the minimum number is not met, the tour, service, or
activity, will be postponed or canceled. Some events like special
events, parties, shows, etc., may require a greater number of participants.
VEHICLES:
The size of the vehicle to be
used in each tour/service is determined according to the number of participants.
WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Weather conditions may force us
to postpone or cancel a particular tour, service or activity. In such
case, we reserve the right to re-schedule the tour, service, or activity.
OPTIONAL ADMISSIONS / ACTIVITIES:
Fees for optional admissions or
activities where required are not included in the price of the tour,
service or activity; unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to make
changes in itineraries, hotels, and/or any other service, as they may
be necessary for the comfort and welfare of our passengers/participants.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:
In order to obtain a full
refund, all cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the
contracted tour, service, or activity. Cancellations made 30 to 7
days prior to the date of the tour, or service, will have a 50%
penalty. No refunds will be made for cancellations within the
last 7 days prior to the tour or service. No refunds will be made for
NO-SHOWS. No refunds will be made on the purchase of airline tickets,
hotel accommodations, and tickets for special events.
To obtain a full refund on the
products sold through our Network Marketing Program, the purchased
products must be returned to our office, in their original
condition/packaging (Not opened), within 14 days of purchase and with
the corresponding purchase receipt.
WARRANTY / GUARANTY ON PRODUCTS:
All products sold by OBIZ
MARKETING, CORP. DBA: OBIZ Travel and Tours come with the
manufacture's warranty or guaranty, if any.
INSURANCE:
The contracted service provider
or supplier covers all tours, services and activities arranged by
OBIZ MARKETING, CORP. DBA: OBIZ Travel and Tours, according to the
minimum commercial insurance required by Law. Passengers have the
option of buying additional insurance coverage from Independent
Commercial Travel Insurance Companies.
HOTEL CATEGORIES:
We work with various Hotel
Chains around the world and we classified all of our Hotel
accommodations in 5 categories: 1) Moderate, 2) Budget, 3) Tourist
Class, 4) Executive Class, 5) Deluxe Hotel Accommodations.
1) Moderate: Is the most
economical hotel accommodation we deal with, and offer rooms with
private baths.
1- 2 Star Hotel Rating - Motel type. 0 - 60
miles from destination.
2) Budget: This type of
accommodation is still "price oriented".
It offers rooms with private baths. 2-3 Star Hotel Rating.
Hotel type. - 0 - 60 miles from destination.
3) Tourist Class: Is the
type of accommodation we use for most of our tours, vacation, and air
and land
packages. It offers rooms with private baths.
3-4 Star Hotel Rating. Hotel type. 0 - 60 miles from destination.
4) Executive: Offers
first class hotels, centrally located.
4-5 Star Hotel Rating - Hotel type. 0 - 60 miles from destination.
5) Deluxe: Offers first
class hotels, centrally located.
5 + Star Hotel Rating - Resort type. 0 - 60 miles from destination.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Most hotels offer the following
type of accommodations:
1) Single Room: Is a room
with one King or Queen size bed. - 1 person.
2) Double: Is a room with
1 Double or 1 Queen size bed. - 2 people.
3) Triple: Is a room with
two double beds - Accommodates 3 people.
4) Quad: Is a room with
two double beds - Accommodates 4 people.
CHILD RATES:
For all City Tours and 1-Day
Tours by Land, the Child Rate applies to children ages 3 to 11.
Children under 3 ride free on the lap of a paying adult.
For all Multy-Day Tours and
Excursions by Land, the Child Rate applies to children ages 3 to
11, ONLY when the child is accompanied by two adults in the same
room. Children under 2 ride free on the lap of a paying adult.
For all 1-Day Tours by Air,
the Child Rate applies to children ages 2 to 11. For children under
2 years of age, please call our Reservations and Information Center
at: (407) 301-3565.
Remarks: Some hotels
offer rooms or suites, with an additional sofa-bed. Most hotels have
a limited number of rollaway beds that can be requested for an extra
charge per night, at the guest's expense. And most hotels offer
smoking and non-smoking rooms that have to be requested at the time
of reservation. (In some instances, non-smoking rooms may be
unavailable or available at a higher rate, depending on the hotel and
season). Minors must share the hotel rooms with one or more adults.
