Marketing, Corp. /DBA: OBIZ Travel and Tours acts as an Agent in
arranging for transportation services and reserve the right to lease,
charter, re-charter and to use vehicles from different transportation
companies to provide the contracted services. Chartering Party must
provide a single hotel room for each Driver/Tour Guide on all
overnight and multi-day charters/tours. Vehicle drivers are only
permitted to work for a maximum of 10 hours (Actual driving time),
and NOT to exceed 15 hours of on duty time in a single day. A second
Driver may be pre-reserved for services that require additional
driving time (Additional charges apply for a 2nd driver). We reserve
the right to use the same vehicles/motor-coaches for multiple
services, charters and customers on the same day. We are NOT liable
for any items that are left/forgotten on the assigned vehicles.
Passengers must keep their valuables and personal items within their
sight at all times. Alcohol and tobacco use is prohibited on board
all assigned vehicles. Malfunction or breakdowns on VCRs, DVD
players, audio/video systems, and/or PA systems within the assigned
vehicles are NOT to be considered a cause to ask for a refund. We are
NOT responsible for inconveniences and/or extra expenses incurred by
any vehicle or equipment breakdown. Make ALL payments to: OBIZ TRAVEL
& TOURS. |
